Produced in our Dairy-Free production site, this dark chocolate is meticolously crafted to strike a harmonious balance between indulgence, taste and texture, and health & well-being. 

Vegan M*lk

Produced in our Dairy-Free production site. Using only pure and natural ingredients: cocoa butter, rice syroup as a milk alternative for a surprising taste, and chicory fiber, as the main source of inulin, a fiber found in many dairy-free foods, as a good substitute of sugar. 

INCLUSIONS & TOPPINGS

Ready-made semi-finished product for flavouring doughs or as an intermediate ingredients. Benefit of increasing the perceived value of the end product (declarable as Chocolate in the recipe).

CHUNKS

Bake-stable delicious inclusions to enrigh baked goods, such as muffins, cookies, tray bakes, croissants, bread, and seasonal leavned products (like Panettone). 

Available in Dark, Milk and White variants. Size: 10x10x5 mm (+/- 1mm). 

TOPPING INCLUSIONS

Small shiny or amtt pure chocolate inclusions with irregular shapes (flakes, grains, vermicelli). They can be sued as find decorations for chocol bon bons and desserts, as well as precious ingredient to enrich ice-cream, chilled desserts and bakery applications.

Freeze-stable, guaranteed clean-cut results. Neutral flavour version can be also used to make fresh liquid cream stable and firmer when whipped.
